Craig notified me when he was on his way, arrived early, and completed the work to a first class standard. All stairs and hallway were protected and after the job was finished, cleaned and vacuumed to perfection. All looks superb, and Craig talked me through exactly what he had done, how it all worked and to make sure I was completely satisfied.
