Our Solution:

CB Lofts installed high-quality loft boarding throughout the space, ensuring even weight distribution and stability for storage. We also installed a robust, foldable ladder system,  providing tenants with easy access to the loft. The new hatch was fitted with a seal to improve energy efficiency and prevent drafts.

The Result:

The property owner is now able to offer the loft as additional storage space for tenants, which has been a major selling point. The new ladder system and fully boarded loft make it much easier for tenants to use the space, contributing to higher tenant satisfaction and fewer vacancies.
